How to edit your site
Making a change to your Sorix site doesn't need a dashboard or a login. You send an email, a real person reads it and makes the change, and you'll get a reply once it's live.
The basics
Email management@sorix.uk describing what you want changed.
One of us reads it, makes the edit on your site, and replies to confirm
once it's done.
There's no queue you can check and nothing to configure. Just write to us as you would a person, because that's exactly what's reading it.
Subject line format
To help us find and apply your request quickly, use this format for the subject line:
[yourslug] action target
For example, if your Sorix address is sorix.uk/taskbetterlab
and you want to replace your mission page, the subject would be:
[taskbetterlab] replace our-mission
Put the details of the change — the new content, or a description of what you want — in the body of the email.
Supported actions
Use one of these as the "action" in your subject line.
create
Add a new page to your site.
replace
Swap out the content of an existing page.
delete
Remove a page from your site entirely.
rename
Change a page's address without changing its content.
publish
Make a page live and visible to visitors.
unpublish
Take a page down without deleting it, in case you need it later.
add-owner
Give someone else permission to request edits to your site.
Sending HTML
If your change includes HTML, attach it as a .html file
rather than pasting it into the body of the email. Most email clients
will mangle HTML that's pasted directly into the message, so an
attachment is the reliable way to send it.

Turnaround time
Most changes are applied within a day. If we're around, it's often the same day. We're a small, human-run operation, so we'd rather be honest about that than promise a guarantee we can't keep.
Frequently asked questions
Can I host images?
Yes. Attach them to your email, or link to images hosted elsewhere.
Can I use my own CSS?
Yes, an inline <style> block in your HTML file is fine.
What if I need something unusual?
Just ask. If it's reasonable, we'll figure out a way to do it.
Is it really free?
Yes.
A worked example
Here's what a real request looks like, and what happens after you send it.
Subject:
[taskbetterlab] replace our-mission
Hi,
Could you replace the content on our our-mission page with the attached HTML? We've updated the wording and added a photo.
(attached: our-mission.html)
Thanks.
One of us reads this, opens the attached file, applies it to
sorix.uk/taskbetterlab/our-mission, and replies to let you
know it's live — usually within a day.
